Step-by-Step Guide to Daily Coffee Enemas

Step 1: Prepare the Coffee Solution 

- Boil 1 liter of filtered water, then add 1-2 tbsp of coffee. Start slow with coffee at first especially if sensitive to caffeine. 

- Simmer for 12 minutes, then strain and cool to body temperature (around 98-103°F).  

Step 2: Set Up Your Enema Space  

- Lay a towel on the bathroom floor or bed. Somewhere close to a toilet. 

- Hang the enema bag about 1-2 feet above your body (gravity helps flow). A shower rod or door frame work great! 

Step 3: Administer the Enema 

1. Lubricate the nozzle with coconut oil.  

2.Lie on your LEFT SIDE (helps fluid reach the colon).  

3. Insert the nozzle gently, release the clamp, and allow the coffee to flow in.  

4. Retain the liquid for 12-20 minutes (longer if comfortable).  Every 3 minutes the coffee goes through a full cycle through the liver. 

5. Release into the toilet.  

Step 4: Post-Enema Care  

- Drink electrolyte-rich water or carrot juice (add sea salt or coconut water).  

- Rest for 10-15 minutes; some experience an energy boost shortly after.
